Schedule/Class Changes

We know that sometimes unplanned life events can interrupt our schedules. To address those times, please see our policy below.

 

Schedule Change Requests

Registrants who have sign up for a scheduled event and would like to move to another event are welcome to do so 2 hours prior to the event they registered for.  A $5 administrative fee must be paid before the change can be made.

Refunds

A refund can be issued to registrants who signed up via our calendar and 2 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Please email your request to us within that time window for your request to be honored.

 

Acts of God Schedule Change

In the event that a storm or catastrophe occurs, we will reschedule the class(es) affected and notify the registrants of the date change. If a registrant is unable to attend, they may select another event on our calendar of equal value.

 

**No refunds or schedule changes can be made after the scheduled class has begun, as we have purchased and prepared the materials for your arrival.
